ADF Frequently Asked Questions

 1. What does ADF manufacture?

 ADF manufactures it's patented Raptor™ quick-release aluminum buckles in generation 1, 1.5 and 2. 

 

2. What kind of material does ADF work with?

ADF works with the highest quality materials including aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum for all of its buckles.

 

3. What is the estimated lead time?

Our estimated lead time depends on final R&D and from there depending on quantity, raw material and availability. We can rush orders to meet your requirements if all necessary material and expenses are made in advance.

 

4. Do you provide samples?

Pre-production samples that are equal in quality to your product will be charged to you and will be fully refunded towards your first order.

 

5. Is there a minimum quantity for ordering?

There is no minimum order quantity for both retail and wholesale orders. However, to order wholesale, customers must first be approved by ADF.

 

6. How do I become a wholesaler?

Just fill in all of the required information under the "Contact Us" tab and your message will be directed to an ADF rep who will contact you for further information in order to complete the process.

 

7. Does ADF supply all raw material required to make products?

ADF obtains all raw materials for production through our large network of suppliers. We use the best, cost-effective materials possible. If you have a unique hardware or hard–to-find item, you may supply the material to us instead. We will work with you to provide you the best end product.

 

8. How will the products be packaged?

Retail orders will be packaged safely and accordingly. Wholesale orders will packed in bulk, unless specified. Special packaging requirements can be arranged and logo, imprints, silk screening and embroidery are available.
