RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Contact tab and input your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you are in receipt of damaged or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3-5 business days. We will reship the replacement merchandise when we are in receipt of your damaged/defective merchandise. We will waive the reshipment freight to you. (If immediately replacement is needed, you must purchase the replacement as a new sale. And we will issue the refund on your damaged or defective items).

 

SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

We are required by law to add sales tax to orders in California. Tax is charges in accordance with government regulations. If you are tax exempt, you will be asked to submit a tax exemption certificate.   All prices quoted, all orders accepted, and all billings rendered are exclusive of all federal, state and local withholding, excise, sales, use and similar taxes, fees, or charges imposed by any governmental authority on this transaction.

All prices presented on the site are subject to change at any time and without notice. Buyer will reimburse RAPTORBUCKLEUSA.COM for any such tax, fee or charge, at the time of sale or thereafter, that RAPTORBUCKLEUSA.COM is required to pay. Terms of payment are Net 30 days unless otherwise stated at time of order and on confirmation. In the event that payment is not received within the time period specified in the payment terms, any unpaid balance shall bear interest at the rate of 1.5%per month, or the maximum amount allowed by law, if lower.

At its discretion RAPTORBUCKLEUSA.COM may extend credit to Buyer, and any amount of credit extended by RAPTORBUCKLEUSA.COM to Buyer may be changed or withdrawn completely by RAPTORBUCKLEUSA.COM at anytime without prior notice. Open account is available to qualified customers. 1 % 10, net 30 days to accounts with established credit. We also accept MasterCard and VISA.

On any order for which credit is not extended by RAPTORBUCKLEUSA.COM, shipment or delivery shall require, at RAPTORBUCKLEUSA.COM's election, cash with order (in whole or in part), or C.O.D. or sight draft attached to the bill of lading or other shipping documents, and all costs of collection shall be paid by Buyer. If any proceeding is brought by or against Buyer under bankruptcy or insolvency laws, RAPTORBUCKLEUSA.COM shall be entitled to cancel any order by Buyer then outstanding without prior notice.
